Good news! We can spell your child's name any way you'd like on the label.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee our product to arrive exactly as you ordered it. If your CD is damaged in any way, please alert us within 48 hours of receipt for a fast replacement of the identical item. Due to the customized nature of our product, and a copyright agreement with our musicians, we do not give any refunds.
I didn't find the name I was looking for, how often do you add names to your system?
Thank you for asking! We add new names as they become available. Feel free to email us with the name you are looking for and we will double check for the name. If it's not available, we willbe happy to contact you when it becomes available.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Since we are a company based in Illinois, a state sales tax of 6.75% will be charged for Illinois residents. Out of state orders will not be taxed.
I don't know what to write as my personal message, can you help?
Sure we can! Just click the "Messages" link to the left for our suggestions. If you choose not to use any message at all, the child's name will appear perfectly centered in the message areas.
